SOLVIQUEO
Privacy & cookies
How we handle information when you browse, buy and use our tools.
Solviqueo and your information
Solviqueo is a UK sole trader business offering the tools on this website and responsible for its handling of your personal information. Contact us at [email protected]. This notice explains the information involved in browsing the website, making a purchase and contacting us. It also explains how this differs from information you keep in an offline app.
Browsing
Our website does not add advertising trackers, a mailing-list popup or a contact form. Catalogue searches and filters run in your browser. The website host receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information and request times.
Checkout and digital delivery
Buy Now opens Payhip’s hosted checkout for the selected product. No Payhip checkout script is loaded on the Solviqueo website. Following the link sends your browser to Payhip, which receives connection information such as your IP address, browser details and the selected product identifier. Our referrer policy limits cross-origin referrer information to the website origin.
The payment form is on Payhip’s secure hosted checkout, separate from this website. During checkout, Payhip and your chosen payment provider process information needed for the order, payment, fraud prevention and delivery. This can include your email address, order details, billing or tax information and payment information. Solviqueo receives order information needed to supply purchases and handle queries; the website does not collect your full card details.
Cookies and checkout technology
Checkout services may use cookies and similar technologies for the transaction, security and other purposes described by the provider. Payhip also describes analytics cookies and controls in its own service. Any optional processing is subject to the choices offered in the checkout service. Choosing to buy is not consent to unrelated advertising or analytics.
Read Payhip’s privacy and cookies policy and the notice from the payment provider you choose for details of their processing, retention and international transfers. We do not describe the full hosted purchasing experience as cookie-free.
Your offline app information
Our current tools are designed to keep entered information in your local browser unless you export it. They do not provide automatic cloud sync. Solviqueo’s marketing website does not receive your app workspace. Exported files can contain the information you entered; backups and reports are not encrypted by the apps. Check a file before sharing it.
Orders and enquiries
We use purchase information to fulfil orders and deal with related questions, and information you send us to respond to your request. We may also need to keep records to meet legal obligations. Contract-related processing supports your purchase; legal obligations apply to required records. Our legitimate interests in proportionate site security and responding to general enquiries support that processing, subject to your rights. We do not use support requests to enrol you in marketing.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose, including applicable record-keeping duties and resolving outstanding issues. Cloudflare hosts the website. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our support address to our Microsoft Outlook inbox, where we handle enquiries. These services process technical and message information to provide delivery, security and email handling. Service providers may process information outside the UK under applicable transfer safeguards; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement. Provider retention periods are described in their own notices.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
For information about an order, email [email protected]. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
