Digital purchases

Our products are downloadable software. Use Buy Now on a product page to start checkout, review the details and choose an available payment method. Payhip supports checkout and delivery behind the transaction. The product page explains what is included and which devices are suitable.

After payment

After successful purchase, you can access the product from the download page. Your email receipt includes a download link and seller contact information. Extract the ZIP before opening the app. Our support guides explain getting started and keeping backups.

Cancelling a digital order

UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, the cancellation right can be lost when supply begins only where the required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of losing that right have been obtained, with the required confirmation.

Payment or downloading alone is not described here as an automatic waiver. Your other consumer rights are not removed because the product has been downloaded.

If something is wrong

If the download is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable consumer requirements, email [email protected]. Statutory remedies may apply under the relevant law. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” statement to remove those rights.

Include your order reference, product/version, browser/device and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or a full app backup containing private information unless a suitable, necessary support arrangement has been agreed.

How to cancel

Where you have a right to cancel, email [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your product, order date and order reference. You can use this wording: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [product], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. My name is [name].” No particular wording is required. We will consider the request and confirm the applicable next steps and any refund due.

Changing your mind

Any cancellation rights depend on the applicable rules and whether valid consent to immediate digital supply was given. No additional satisfaction guarantee is advertised on this website. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Missing download or receipt

Check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout. If the download link is missing or you cannot open the file, email [email protected] and include the order reference.
