Know what to expect.
Browsers and devices
Use a modern desktop browser or an Android browser that supports local HTML files. iPhone/iPad Files previews may not run the interactive editor. Hosted editing access is not included in the download. PDF options depend on the browser.
These are downloadable HTML browser apps, not App Store or Google Play apps. A responsive layout does not guarantee that a phone’s file viewer can run the editor. Use a browser that permits local HTML, JavaScript, storage and downloads.
A focused tool
A handover organiser for your own pet-care instructions. It does not provide veterinary advice or an online sitter service.
Getting started
Extract the download ZIP and open SitterNote.html in a modern browser. On a desktop, double-click the file or use the browser’s Open File command.
Add the stay name, dates and contact details. Add each pet’s food, routine, medicines and comforts, then useful contacts and home details.
Open Care pack to review the handover. Print it, use your browser’s Save as PDF option, or download the read-only HTML handover for your sitter.
How does saving work?
Changes save as you type in the same browser when local storage is available. Use Editable backup to download a JSON copy of the whole plan.
Open a backup restores the file as a separate plan without replacing your other plans. My plans lets you create, open, duplicate or delete plans.
Access notes are excluded from sitter handovers by default. Editable backups include all entered information. Downloaded files are not encrypted; review them before sharing.
What does my licence cover?
One household may use the app on its own devices and create any number of personal pet-care plans. Generated handovers may be shared with sitters, family and care contacts. The editor may not be resold, redistributed or sublicensed.
The licence supplied with your purchased version contains the full product terms. This summary does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Does it need an internet connection?
Purchasing and downloading need a connection. The downloaded editor is designed for offline use. External websites and links require internet.
